      2. Filling out an online form – Any details including name, e-mail and contact number when filling out an onsite form. Third party app ‘Ninga Forms’ is used for this.
      3. Signing up to join our newsletter or opting in to hear more about our services – Third party app MailChimp is used for this. Non-personal automated information – Even if you visit our website and do not complete a transaction or fill out a form we may collect information such as your IP address and interaction with our website, browsers type/version, pages of our site that you visit and time visited including how long you may have spent on the website. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this information.
  • (b) Why we gather your information and how it might be used.
    The data you provide when purchasing a ticket for one of our events on is essential for order completion. You are also given the choice throughout the booking process to opt-in to be contacted about future events we may have. When signing up to our newsletter you are signing up to hear about our upcoming events and when you fill out our customer form you are agreeing to hear from us about group rates which we may provide. When filling out our Customer Form and Subscribe to our Newsletter your data is being collected by third-party apps (Google Forms and MailChimp) on our behalf. This information will only be used to contact you on the premise on which your information was given. The non-personal automated information may be used by third-party apps such as Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyse this information.

    We may share demographic patterns and traffic patterns as well as other anonymous information and reports to third parties
